I have a few customers that are trying to send external email. Usually these are to Lotus Notes recipients. The problem is that the attachments are not able to be read. However, if I change this the send options to plain text and send only as Mime then it works. The question is this: How do I set the default to only send as Mime and plain text. I know that this can be done by configuring (in 5.5 anyway) the IMC to send only as this but I want to set this as default on the client Outlook 2000. Any ideas? Mark Shevill
