Problem in Removing Exchange 5.5 & Setting SMTP in Exchange 2003.

Hi
Can anyone guide me the process of removing Exchange 5.5 Server from the
Exchange 2003 list of servers.
Secondly some time Microsoft Outlook request data from the Exchange 5.5
server, this happens in some one or two user's machine.
One more thing how should I configure SMTP in my exchange 2003 so that the
mails are relayed to the ISA server for delivery, what are the settings to
be done on ISA server 2004.
Please Help, this is very urgent.
