Printing issue in Outlook 2000

Hi Folks
Has anyone ever came across this issue with Outlook 2000/Exchange
2000..(all patches and sp's to date applied).
If a certain user receives an html mail with an embedded picture...the
email will not print.
If a certain user receives an html mail with an embedded picture and an
attachment...the email will not print...but the attachment does.
It can't be converted to plain text either....the tabs grayed out,
although if I click the forward button it can be converted to plain
text...and printed.. albeit without the graphic of course.
This happens no matter if it is her pc or another pc...(roaming
profile).
I spent 2 hours at it today...cant see anything wrong...killed the
profile and recreated it...no difference...works fine for everyone
else.,,,definately not a permission thing.
help!!!!
