Please help

Hi All,

       I having an exchange 2000 server (SP3) which migrated from exchange 5.5, 
the operating system is running on windows 2000 with AD. And is connect using 
ISDN line with the config of ETRN. I had facing two problems,

1). When the ISDN line down or not active the log file is increasing every one 
mins.

2). When the ISDN line down or not active those client cannot logon to exchange 
server using microsoft outlook.
