Outlook Question

Hi everyone,
I have a client who uses his Outlook 2003 at the office and on the go.
When he receives emails that contain a link and he clicks on the link a
window appears asking to find the file. I am wondering if anyone has
seen this before? His IE works so I can figure out why outlook is
looking for .exe file.
