Hello All,
I changed the settings under system manager/administrative
groups/servers/protocols
In this settings under http/ Exchange virtual server properties i checked
for Outlook web access( Enable Forms Based authentication.)
Now i get the promt but to enter user name I need to put " Doamin Name\User
name and password.
From accessing outside also same like i need to put domain name\user name.
This is the correct setting to do this issue. Please help me out

Hi Suresh, This is because you have enabled integrated authentication for your OWA. I am not sure what is your setup, do you have a ISA Server? Do you have front end server? But basically if you want to be prompted for authentication from LAN for authenticated users, you need to disable integrated authentication and enable Basic authentication.

Hi I am running exchange server 2003. I am having one. I can able to access owa from outside using ip address. It will prompt me to enter user name and password. But if i access with in the company to access owa with computer name/exchange, it will not promt me user name and password. Help me to set up to promt with in the company. s
