[ExchangeList] Recipient Policy not apply to an OU?

Is there any way to have a recipient policy not update an OU in AD? I
have contacts that I give an outside SMTP mail address (some ListServe
type DSL). These contacts always populate with my organization@.org,
.com and .net in addition to the SMTP addie I give them. I have to wait
for it to populate, then go in and take them out, and uncheck the
"Automatically Update the email addresses based on policy" box. This is
somewhat painful. Anyone?
