Hi Suresh, This is because you have enabled integrated authentication for your OWA. I am not sure what is your setup, do you have a ISA Server? Do you have front end server? But basically if you want to be prompted for authentication from LAN for authenticated users, you need to disable integrated authentication and enable Basic authentication.
