RE: OWA 2000 starts the Windows Installer When com posing New mail

All those fixes are client side fixes and with OWA the client could be any 
machine and it is sort of hard to make registry changes to all machines. Is 
there a server side fix for this??

Yes.  That's a known issue with the way it was installed.  Check the archives 
and the KB's for information how to address it.
