NDR with the code 5.0.0

Hi,
We are using e2k sp3 on w2k sp3. Our clients are using outlook 2000. When clients want to send e-mail more than 500 reciepents (same mail to 500 reciepent) which destinated to remote delivery than the mail not delivered. It gives the error:
The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails, contact your system administrator.<x.y.z#5.0.0>

In event viewer i take this error messages:

The problem is not repeated if the client send e-mail to 100-200 reciepent.Any suggestions.Thanks...
