What version of Exchange?
Is it Std or Ent?
What type of HD config is it on? (RAID0/1/3/4/5 etc)
How much free space is on the volume where your store
is?
What is in the event logs?
What AV software are you using?
Are you excluding the logs, stores and other Exchange
files?
What are you using for backups?
What kind of backups are you doing and how often?
What are you using for spam blocking/filtering?
