We set ours at 50MB limits as a default, then increase a few for those who
really need the space.

Subject: [exchangelist] Mailbox Limits

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I'm moving to Exchange 2003 later this year. The possibility of limiting
mailbox sizes has come up.currently users are not limited. I know there are
the exceptions with some needed "unlimited" sizes. I'm curious if anyone
has implemented mailbox size restrictions and the sizes that were assigned.
Is there a KB article with a MS recommendation.other than the system maximum
size?
