No... the solution monitors end user response time by injecting Javascript into the OWA webstream, and then linking that back to specific backend servers/folders/items. It's used to detect if you have slow response on your OWA experience, and then what might be causing it (backend/frontend/Internet connection, browser, etc.) It doesn't do the memory/CPU/etc. monitoring that a tool like MOM or AppManager already does.
