Help build a great Exchange management solution

I'm working with a startup company that is building a solution for monitoring
OWA performance. They'd like to talk with Exchange administrators at companies
with at least 1000 users that have Exchange 2000 or 2003 to get your views on
what type of tools you need for managing & monitoring OWA.
We'd like 20 minutes of your time for a brief phone converstation/survey. This
