Put Outlook online, maybe?

If you are in cached mode, Outlook will attempt to use the GAL when you
request it, but by default uses your OAB, whatever that might be.

If you are remote from your Exchange server, separated by a firewall,
and not VPN'ed, it's unlikely that you'll be able to access your GAL.

Dear all

I'm having a problem with accessing the address book

I get the following message "The exchange server not available, outlook
must be online"

When I check the event viewer I get this error message
Directory Service Referral interface failed to service client request
RFRI is returning code :[0x3f0).

I checked the articles and try whatever is suggested and still doesn't
work

Please help me.

Regards
Lettah
