Put Outlook online, maybe? If you are in cached mode, Outlook will attempt to use the GAL when you request it, but by default uses your OAB, whatever that might be. If you are remote from your Exchange server, separated by a firewall, and not VPN'ed, it's unlikely that you'll be able to access your GAL. -----Original Message----- From: Lettah G.
