Forwarding Emails

We are running Exchange 2000. We want to forward a users e-mail to the
Administrators e-mail to keep track of what he is receiving.
This is how I did it,
1. Went to Activie Directory Users and Computers
2. Double clicked on the user name
3. Went to Exchange General Tab
4. Click on Delivery Options
5. Clicked on Forward to and selected Administrator
6. Clicked OK.
I believe that this is the proper way, but the e-mails are not getting
forwarded to the Administrator.
Does anybody have any suggestions of if I am doing this right or if
there is another way.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
