Exchnage 2003 SP2 & Novell Groupwise 6

We are due to start looking into merging two domains, one NT4 and the other a 
W2K3 AD forest with a single domain into a new forest (with a single domain), 
prior to the start of the migration into a new we have been tasked with setting 
up directory synchronization and calendar sharing between the two systems.  One 
system uses Exchange 2003 SP2 and the other runs Groupwise 6.
 
Whilst we have found plenty of documents online regarding setting up 
synchronisation between Exchange 2003 and Groupwise 6 we seem to be having some 
difficulty as the Groupwise 6 server runs on NT4 and not Netware which most of 
the instructions assume.
 
Does anyone have any helpful titbits or advice and possibly locations of some 
useful articles/books which we should access.
