Is this an Exchange 5.5 cluster migrated to Exchange 2000 or a fresh
Exchange 2000 cluster ?
What service packs are you running for OS and Exchange ?
You seem to have more than 2 GB of RAM, have made the necessary changes
to the boot.ini file ?;en-us;266096

There is also a registry tuning that is required to stop Virtual memory
fragmentation in Active/Active cluster,

Instability, slow performance (despite adaquite resouce), event view
errors that don't show in technet. Backups fail, can not install agent
software for Bricklevel on one node but can on the other.

Things like that. It was used to migrate from 5.5.
