What hardware do you have to work with? -----Original Message----- From: kholan@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:kholan@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, June 03, 2003 3:57 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Exchange Cluster http://www.MSExchange.org/ I have a tough decision to make. I have an Exchange 2000 cluster built by some consultants. It sucks. I want to rebuild it with out buying new hardware and not noticed by the users. What is the best way. I've thought of unstalling cluster services rebuilding one, moving the mailboxes then rebuilding the other and then re-cluster. or evict one node. Rebuild it. Rejoin the cluster, evict the other node, then rebuild it. Any ideas? ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: dstelley@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') _________________ Confidentiality Notice: The information contained in this message may be legally privileged and confidential information intended only for the use of the individual or entity named above.
