Exchange 2003 Migration

The article on migrating exchange 2000 to a new server running exchange 2003
was excellent. I have one question however. What is the best way to
reconfigure the Outlook clients and OWA to use the new server once you have
decomissioned the old exchange server? I seen the upgrade once and because the
network was small, they went to each individual machine and reconfigured the
Outlook clients. I know there has to be a better way.
