What are they rejecting on, the "X-OriginalArrivalTime:" or the "Received from:"? Either way, they have no right to do so. The "Received from:" header is required by RFC, as is the received time. Is it the "@localhost" part? That is then something you have to fix, although they should not be rejecting on that, as it is a valid response, just not a FQDN.
