[ExchangeList] Deliver emails for invalid account to Postmaster

Is there a way for emails sent to an invalid accounts to be sent to
Postmaster account then setup a rule to dump them? Email system is as
below.
Exchange 2003 standard sp2
Windows 2003 sp2
