Why not just check to see if the email address is valid and if not
reject the email.
 
What you are proposing violates email standards.

Is there a way for emails sent to an invalid accounts to be sent to
Postmaster account then setup a rule to dump them?  Email system is as
below.

 

Exchange 2003 standard sp2
