Delay in receiving messges

Hello All,
This issue happened 3 0r 4 times. We are having delay in receiving
messages from particular addresses. I tested sending mails from yahoo and
hotmail. I received the mails w/o delay. only It happens particular
addresses. IS there any thing i need to modify in DNS settings.
I am running windows 2003/Exchange server std 2003 with sp1.
Help me out
