In Outlook, right click on the message in the message list. Select
"Options". Read the headers in the scroll box at the bottom of the
dialogue box.

Have you contacted IT at the sending end? It's always possible
the
delay is on their side or somewhere in between.

Hello All,
This issue happened 3 0r 4 times. We are having delay in
receiving
messages from particular addresses. I tested sending mails from
yahoo
and hotmail. I received the mails w/o delay. only It happens
particular
addresses. IS there any thing i need to modify in DNS settings.
I am running windows 2003/Exchange server std 2003 with sp1.
Help me out
