DS_E_communication failure on Exgen 5.5

Hi all, I am a new member and not expert at MS Exchange faults. If anyone
can help me with the problem I had and still looking. I installed Exchange
5.5 Administrator on another Server with Win2k. When you try to connect to
the exchange server you cannot connect to it, the fault is
"DS_E_communciation failure", although you can ping to the mail server,
all in the same domain. Please help and Many Thks.
