I guess I just have to change the way I think about things having only just moved from 5.5...:) What I'm trying to avoid is having a bunch of user accounts in my domain that are able to be used. In Exchange 5.5, I used to be able to add custom recipients to my GAL for people with external addresses that I wanted globally available. Is there a way to do the same in 2003? The only thing I can think of so far is to add the username to my AD and give them an external SMTP address (which I'd rather not do). Can anyone offer suggestions?
