I do have this fixed now but thank you to everyone that helped.  I just
turned computer browser off and edited the registry so it is no longer a
master browser nor does it keep a master list.

It's a master browser issue possibly caused by a multi-homed master browser
machine (or even a multi-homed PDC).  check Q135404.
