        You can send the message directly for the public folder e-mail
address (it has already created).

Dear Robert,

I dont want use client side / outlook client to move the data.  
Incase client not opening his emails then we will lost / late 
recevice the email.  So  is it possible exchange server 2k can 
move the data directly once received the emails.
