[ExchangeList] Add Shared Colander to all OWA users

 Need some help in adding a shared calendar for all OWA users.  Example: Conference Room Calendar.

I would like to add 4 shared calendars to OWA for all staff to view only.  I want to have it done the right way, and I have seen a lot of “Don’t use public folders” with indications that Microsoft will not support Public Folders soon.


Any guidance in this is greatly appreciated.
