Gentlemen, Ladies,

As discussed, from Nov. 26 to Dec. 6, exactly two weeks from now, you are to
schedule-conduct an executive presentation of your respective ICT projects
with key officers of your client agencies.

Appointments requested already to be done at the APC Building subject to
confirmation per fax/letter submission are as follows:

Nov. 26, Tue. 3:00 pm, DILG Sec. Lina & Patrol 117 Officers SSE 31 E-Watch
Nov. 29, Fri. 10:00 am, DA Usec. Ordoñez & NAFC Officers CNE 32 NAFC
Dec. 2, Mon. 9:00 am, DA Usec. Drilon & BFAR Officers CNE 32 FIDP

Contacts to officers of other projects will be done accordingly. You must
submit your targeted guest lists within this week. See attached sample
letter invitation. Those having conflict of schedule, a request for make-up
arrangements will be coursed to the concerned professors. You will inform us
what/who/when are these conflicts.

Content of presentation are as follows:

1. Project Background: 5 to 10 mins. Flash. APC Profile, Project Based
Learning Overview, Client Profile, Project Info Sys Req?t Overview, SDLC
Concepts, Current Technologies, What to Expect for the Day.

2. Findings, Analysis, and Design: 10 to 15 mins. Powerpoint (&
Transparencies), featuring; webpages of your research, diagrams, screen
shots, rationale, etc.

3. Prototype demo: Running system in networks, with system program
interfaces (and not just screen shots for those tech that are available while
sequence programming for those unavailable), data storing, database
handling. Live internet links, if required, are expected.

Documents to submit: Handouts of Powerpoint in OUTLINE View format,
Diagrams, Screen shots, Brief narratives of system features. An open forum
by our guest panelists will commence immediately after.

NOTE: Speak the language of your client users and not like CSIT students.

Your draft presentations will be reviewed on two forthcoming Saturdays, 16 &
23 Nov. the whole day. Subject to my recovery, we will have a general meeting
on Wednesday 13 Nov at your respective class skeds.

Use your previous materials from INTSDEV, SYSADD1, including those submitted
in other subjects that use the same case study such as Clients, DATACOM,
LNETWORK, that are still relevant to the presentation. You are assumed to be
responsible and capable enough, whether individually or collectively, to do
the tasks needed for the project. You must be equipped with the proper
information and know-how by now. Otherwise, do course retake. Regrets but
new students are not excused.

10 months of lectures, research, analysis, designing, programming, etc., on
the case study should make this achievable. Do everything early enough to
avoid unnecessary delays, like overnight stay requests, HW-SW, network
access, proj lab room accessories, projector requests, lecture hall or
project lab requests, welcome banners, etc., done by or addressed to
concerned parties.

Work smart. Do your job. Stay cool. Good luck. Lets all have a merry
Christmas break. We all need it after this grueling year.

Mr. Casiño
