Have you notices that gmail offers to translate your Hebrew mail automatically to English? What a blessing. True, the translation is far from perfect but I prefer reading bad English (am used to that from reading my highschool students' essays) to reading long complicated Hebrew e-mails. What I most enjoy is the translation of some of the letter writers. here just a choice sample of people who have written to me according to the translated gmails: Peace Beauty (Shalom Shirah) Chives the Trail (Irit Shuval) Sunny Joy (Shimshi Simcha) Most Right-Handed (Meirav Yemini) Finnish Firecracker (Pini Haziz) Don't you just love Gmails original naming conventions? Did any of you get funny translated names?
