As has been pointed out to me twice already, when explaining why it's "a 10-minute episode" and not "a 10 minutes episode", I meant to say that the noun "minute" functions as an adjective, not "episode", which is obviously a noun functioning as a noun in this phrase. Sorry for the confusion! Bari
