Creative Theater Workshops
The Guild Theater Company presents its 2012/13 national workshop program
for students and teachers, available in English or Hebrew.
Run by professional actors from around the world, the Company has been
successfully delivering high caliber original and well-renowned productions
for over two decades and in 2009 became the official English speaking
theater of Ra?anana.
The 2012/13 workshop uses a wide range of fun, interactive and imaginative
drama activities to help both students and teachers discover their full
potential. Using experimentation, improvisation and games, the workshops
are designed to reawaken the imagination and enhance the sense of wonder
and magic that is at the core of theater.

Our workshops, run on-site at schools, are designed for students from ages
10 to 17+ (5th through 12th grade) in order to:

· Improve confidence and self-esteem

· Increase motivation and enthusiasm

· Encourage listening and conversational skills

· Promote social skills and class cohesion

· Stimulate creativity and concentration

· Empower shy students

Workshops on offer in 2012:

1) Acting Workshop for Students

2) Acting Workshop for Teachers

Also available: Vocal workshop for Teachers

A short, intensive workshop in Vocal Production aimed at helping teachers
utilize their innate vocals skills in an efficient, beneficial manner. The
exercises and games will help teach instructors:

· how to preserve their vocal cords

· avoid voice strain /hoarseness

· make themselves heard in overcrowded classroom environments
without yelling
