I will add/comment that this seems to be the general tendency of the ministry as of late (that is, not the inspectorate's fault), starting with needing to report the partani hours (ofek, oz), their content and implementation, causing teachers to spend more hours on the paperwork than on the time spent with the students themselves... and ending (so far) with requiring teachers to "clock" in and out of school (coming to a school near you!). This monitoring will no doubt cause resentment with many teachers, as the students are our best example and their resentment grows in direct relation to the amount of monitoring they must endure. Having said this, I am trying to be Zen about it - this is what we are up against and need to work with and hopefully make it work as much as possible.
