Move does not preserve timestamps.

I just got 0.3 for testing, and I noticed something that I never caught
on to before. Seems the "file.move" command does not preserve timestamps.
IMO, "move" should preserve all attributes possible. Owner. perms, time
stamps, what have you. This is the behavior of /bin/mv. For now, I have
defined the "move" command as "/bin/mv %f %D" which isn't the greatest
thing, but it works as expected.
Any chance you'd consider revising the code for e2's move command to make
it preserve timestamps?
Thanks,
Jonathan
