For quite some time, it's been possible to put more than one action inside a 
single plugin, but the plugins menu can't cope with running > 1. I seem to 
remember working on plugins sub-menus, to fix that, but completion was blocked 
by incompatibility with plugin configuration in the config dialog.

After that's fixed, it's easy enough to add another function to cpbar.

Mvbar doesn't need any addition, the move function preserves times (when it 
can).
