Yeah, after reading nick's post like 20 times I realized he has no idea whats going on... Anyways, I thught the lexan would help even if it was 5 inches because it would block the tetras a tiny bit. Not as much as I was hoping for, but it would help. Yeah, I see the only hard part being cutting the aluminum... we do have 2 week to cut it though.
