Maria,
It sounds like Duxbury is trying to create the template somewhere that you
don't have permission to write. This is a question for Duxbury Tech Support to
sort out since it may involve working with your network administrator.
Whatever the case, Tech Support will know what needs to be done.

We have Duxbury installed through a network. I have attempted to create a new
template and I get the following messages: Error writing new template file and
when I hit OK it says: Unable to create new template.
Could someone please help me with this issue.
