Hi Caryn, Thanks. We actually have a Word macro which reverse translates the Hebrew Braille. I was just hoping to be able to do it in Duxbury as well. We use the reverse translation to print the text under the Braille before it's embossed. By the way, I remember speaking with you when the new Hebrew translation tables were getting fixed up. They work great and thank you for a super job. Thanks again, Ed -----Original Message----- From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Caryn Navy Sent: Thursday, June 12, 2008 7:45 PM To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] Re: reverse translating Hebrew Braille Hello Ed. The reverse translation of Hebrew braille is not possible in DBT at this point. So don't look for anything that you may have overlooked. Here's one possible concern about adding this feature at some point. If you reverse translated from Hebrew braille into Hebrew characters in DBT, the Hebrew characters would go from left to right, as they do in braille. They would not go from right to left, as in printed Hebrew. That would limit the usefulness of this reverse translation to some extent. Best regards, Caryn ----- Original Message ----- From: "N. Everytime I try to translate a brf file of Hebrew Braille, it comes out in English even though my translation table is set to Hebrew.
