[duxuser] printing from duxbury

When I emboss a document from Duxbury only about 10 lines print per page, then
my embosser tells me I am out of paper. My tech. representative said the issue
is probably with Duxbury and not the embosser, but she isn't sure how to fix
the issue within Duxbury - any ideas? Thanks
