Hi Laura, I believe your issue is related to a similar problem we have encountered with a few of our customers. The fix was a replacement dxemb.dll file provided by Duxbury systems. I actually created a patch install program that replaces this file automatically (assuming you have installed Duxbury in the default folder). If you write me directly, I will send you a link to the patch. It seems to be functioning properly except that the page breaks aren't falling where they should. I'm sure the problem is an error on my part setting up the embosser on Duxbury. I'm doing interpoint. Pages 1 and 2 are fine, but Pages 3 and 4 of the file start too low on the page. I've tried files created in Duxbury 10.6 and new files created in Duxbury 11.1 and get the same results. My goal is to produce pages with 40 cells per line and 25 lines, but at this point I would settle for something close to that with proper page breaks. Could somebody using an Index Basic-D V4 and Duxbury 11.1 SR4 please tell me the specs they used to set up their embosser and I will mimic that. Thank you. Laura J.
