Hello all

Did Enabling Tec. Build the Versapoint for Freedom Scientific? If so, maybe
you can get support from them.

I've always gotten fabulous support from Enabling.

Best regards

Gator

It's hard to predict how long the battery will last, but they do die after
a while. One of my Juliets lost its mind after about five years, and the
cause was a dead battery. I don't think it matters whether or not the
embosser is used because the battery has to keep the RAM refreshed whether
the embosser is running or not. It's probably a good idea to have the
machine checked.
