Hi Maurice,
I am assuming you are inferring start of a document 3 lines down and centred
(I am a BAUK user).
What I do is create a template in normal view, (ensure Ctrl+ Shift+ 8 is
enabled - ugly to look at but beautiful results every time!) and insert a
line break and press F4 twice and then click on the 'centralise button. Hit
carriage return and then select the 'Left align' button. Now save this blank
document as a 'Document Template' (*.dot) and call it BRL.
If you mean how to maintain spaces shown in word in the Braille document in
Duxbury there is a way to maintain line breaks but it just escapes me (over
to you George!)

As for text (I double checked with this e-mail message) all you need to do
is Ctrl+ A, Ctrl+ C the text, open Duxbury and then Ctrl+ V to paste the
text then the usual Ctrl+ T to translate into Braille.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
John.

Hi All,
OK, I have 2 questions here which I know for most of you will be very
obvious but I just wanted some clarification.
When preparing a document in word for embossing, what are the rules for
leaving a blank line. Is it 2 carriage returns?

2. Is there a way of embossing a Text File which has been sent to me,
or just will d DBT just emboss files in word?

Thanks.
