Actually, you should enter the number of margins in from the right margin of
the document. So 25 might often mean 15. Moreover, the bell tolls only for
braille documents.

I assume that the way you set the margin bell position is to enter the cell
number (e.g. 25). If so, it doesn't seem to be taking.
