Jan, Never mind that last message. What you should select is the **BANA** template, not the **textbook** template. We developed the textbook template internally. Susan (who is a trancriber) made the BANA template. It's a much better template for your purposes, especially once you're used to it. - Peter -----Original Message----- From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Sullivan Sent: Thursday, July 22, 2004 2:29 PM To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxhelp] Re: Styles Jan, I don't know what, if anything you did wrong. But perhaps you can send me the document as it exists so far. I suspect that, despite your intentions, DBT created a new document based upon the "English (American) - Standard Format" template. Whether you've found a bug in DBT or just misunderstood or mis-typed something, I cannot say. - Peter -----Original Message----- From: duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxhelp-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of JAN CARROLL Sent: Thursday, July 22, 2004 2:24 PM To: duxhelp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxhelp] Styles I am just now using the latest veta for the first time. I go to dux, new, choose the textbook format template for my default. When I type in a sentence then highlight it and go to apply style the textbook styles are NOT what I have to choose from but the old 10.4 styles.
