[duxhelp] Capitals in british Braille

The British Braille codes does have some anomalies with regards to
capitalisation but I do not think the following is one of them.
The attached files are a word file and the dbt version of it.
The word file contains the text
STUDENT'S COMMENTS
which is not coming out correctly. It is something to do with the
apostrophe S which is making DBT think that there are three words rather
than two.
