Thanks, Jay. I would love to see a picture of one painted. Can anyone out there email me one? I think it would look much better painted, too. The aluminum one I have seen looks too utilitarian for showing, but teh ride was super comfortable. The welds...has anyone any comments on them? I thought they were kind of "bubble-gummy." I did read there is a couple of months wait after ordering one.
