Yes, Russ makes the PJ's in pony size. I drove my tandem to a borrowed one at the Georgia Int. CDE, and I borrowed the one from our handicapped program for Beavercreek and the Henry Boyd CDE's. I think Merrie Morgan Stevens already noted that hers weighs in at 251 lbs. The one we used in Georgia was a little heavier than that, around 265 is what Russ said. The older model #30 that I am using right now weighs around 295. My 12 hand wheeler had no trouble with it, on a rugged and steep course. It may be too light for a pony pair. It is certainly well under the minimum FEI weight (225 kg 496.04 Pounds) for an Advanced pony pair. I really prefer the ones that are powder coated, although it DOES add about 9 lbs, according to Russ. They look SO much better than the natural aluminum ones. FWIW Jay E.
