I followed the installation instructions on the site - copied the downloaded
files to the server - set this up to be the default web site. Went through the
install.php process.

I go through the install.php and set up the site - including the superuser
logon and password.
Next step - I pull up the start page and try to log in - I get "Permission
Denied - Sorry, you don't have enough rights to continue" with the superuser
ID. I cannot log into anything in the Wiki. There is no admin button. One
suggestion was to open up the user.auth.php and change the superuser to
"admin" - however, I cannot get to that page. I have tried several times to
set this up with a fresh install with the same issue.
